All of my camp gear is faulty - i.e., broken/missing pole. however a) I've ordered a replacement pole for one and b) if anyone has a spare pole, I can sleep 3 people (including myself) instead of just me (I was going to try using poles from one with the other even though they're totally different tents).

I also have a dining tent that is essentially a big mosquito net. this could work for sleeping 2 (especially for drunks!) if the weather is dry if the sleepers bring mats or cots to sleep on since there's no "floor" to the tent.

Finally: what about food? I seem to remember mention of the need to bring food to cook but I can't find it now. Let me know what to bring. I tend to have a lot of organic greens (wild spinach, collard/mustard type stuff). I can also bring a couple bottles of wine.

Tara, do you have room in that rental car or is it full? If not, I'd like to get a spot if I could.

I'm happy to contribute towards gas as well, and my schedule is flexible as to departure/return date. Feel free to FB too if you would like.

Thank you!

Hi,
I'd love to share a ride (and expenses)with anyone driving up on Saturday and returning Sunday. Alternatively, I'd be interested in renting a car together, if someone could do most of the driving (I'm 7 months pregnant and long-distance driving is uncomfortable.) I live in little Italy/Dufferin Grove
thanks!

I'd love to share a ride (and expenses) on Saturday afternoon, back on Sunday. Alternatively, is anyone interested in renting a car together? I'm leaving from Little Italy/Dufferin Grove area (College and Ossington).

Hi Tara
I'd love to hitch a ride as well if you still have room. Or, alternatively, if anybody is leaving Friday evening that would be even better. Feel free to FB-friend me!

Ravenna
WOuld you be interested in some papel picado
decorations? It is therapy for me to make them.
I would probably hold a craft night with ladies
here in Saint Louis to work out lovely designs in rice paper. They would be attached to string and could be hung for a lovely, and loving surround effect.

Love

Omar,

These is indeed a trailer rental company. I contacted them about this event, and here's what they said:

Hello Mo
I have worked up some information for you. If you have any questions, please let me know. We would propose to deliver any units on the 24th so they are there and set up prior to your guests arrival. We would set up a time to meet with your guests the next day to be sure they know how things function. Pick up would be the morning of the 28th so as not to interfere with there last day. Your guests would arrange their campsite with you and you would let us know where the units go. There is a reservation deposit of $250.00 per unit by Visa or MC required at time of booking. We are booking for that time of year, so anyone wishing to book should do so as soon as possible.
We will deal with your clients for the rental and booking. We work closely with an Equine group every summer for horse events and are quite used to this.
The prices include, dates required, delivery, set up, kitchen pack, pick up, fuel and propane. Taxes are extra. The only extra would be if they used the generator or caused damage.
<code>Versatile 19’ B Class $650.00. sleeps 2 very little storage.
Ultrasport 29’ C Class $700.00. sleeps 8 older unit but in good shape.
Hurricane 30’ A Class $760.00 sleeps 6
Hurricane 31’ A Class single slide out $890.00 sleeps 6
Sunseeker 31’ C Class double slide out $975.00 sleeps 7
Hurricane 34’ A Class single slide out $1025.00. sleeps 6
Various 35’ and 36’ A Class double slide out $1075.00. sleeps 6
Hurricane 36’ A Class triple slide out $1110.00. sleeps 8 bunk model.</code>
